According to a Mar. 1 E! News report, Rihanna stuns as cover fashionista for the April issue of Elle UK, for not one, but two different covers. The covers, which were shot in Paris by famed photographer Mariano Vivanco show the newly minted designer and “Stay” singer showcasing pieces from her River Island spring/summer 2013 collection.
On one cover, she dons a black, zip-through River Island skirt paired with a Louis Vuitton monochrome top on one. The other cover shows the singer flaunting her assets in a striped bra from the same collection, paired with a Prada silk and satin stole. In the magazine, the star opens up about her relationship with Chris Brown and her plans to have children, according to E! News.
Remarking on the possible tenure of her relationship with on-again-off-again boyfriend Chris Brown, the singer opens up about her song “Stay.” She describes “a story about having love that close and wanting it to last forever,” adding, “You don't have that feeling with everybody, so when you have it, you don't want to let go of it. I would definitely say that [Brown] is the one I have that kind of relationship with.”
According to E! News, Brown and Rihanna seem to be closer than ever. He joined her in Hawaii to celebrate her 25th birthday and she accompanied him and his mother to court over his latest legal drama involving whether or not he completed his community service requirements stemming from his 2009 vicious physical assault and battery on Rihanna.
On her obsession with social media, Rihanna tells the magazine, “I instagram everything about my life, whether it's smoking pot, in a strip club, reading a Bible verse—how crazy, I know!—or hanging out with my best friend, who happens to be Chris.” She continued, “That's why I'm posting pictures of myself smoking pot, to tell the truth about myself. I've got so much to think about, why bring all this extra s--t by being dishonest?”
Rihanna believes that maturity is on the couple’s side, telling Elle, “Now that we're adults, we can do this right. We got a fresh start, and I'm thankful for that.” The singer also confirms that she will “probably have a kid” five years from now.
The April 2013 issue hits newsstands Mar. 6.
