Although Rihanna and Chris Brown’s rekindled relationship may not be news to fans of the talented singers, The Hollywood Gossip reported this Thursday, Jan. 3, that the dating couple’s love has gotten more serious than ever, with Rihanna putting Chris Brown “above all other things in her life.” Despite their troubled past together, NY Daily News also revealed this week that Rihanna’s intimate Instagram photos with Chris Brown over New Year’s Eve this 2013 also suggest the RnB musicians have certainly gotten very close recently.
According to sources, the lovely Rihanna had initially invited boyfriend Chris Brown to visit for the holidays with her family in Barbados, but the "Run It" singer was nowhere to be found. Yet that didn’t keep RiRi and Breezy apart for long, as The Hollywood Gossip noted on Thursday that Rihanna quickly reunited with Brown for New Year’s to welcome in 2013.
“Rihanna immediately flew back to Los Angeles to meet up with [Chris Brown]”, said a reported close friend of the dating couple. “She ditched her family to be with him without a second thought … She really cares for Chris. When it comes to him, everything else comes second.”
Both stars were then spotted together in bed on New Year’s Day, after they each shared an Instagram photo together in the same bed with matching sheets. Although controversy may still surround Rihanna and Chris Brown, it seems that for many fellow fans of the duo at least, 2013 was brought in with both singers not only back together, but ready to welcome in another successful year in both music and love.
