The Council of Fashion Designers of America, Inc., (CFDA) has named Rihanna as their Fashion Icon of the Year. The award is given to those who've made a tremendous impact on pop culture around the world. Whether you've loved or loved to hate her style choices in hair and fashion, one thing is for sure and that is she has definitely made an impact and sparked more than a little controversy along the way.
