Rihanna is going to have to let her Boston fans down per doctors orders. It looks like the singer has come down with a case of laryngitis, according to E! News on March 10.
Rihanna just kicked off her tour in Buffalo two days ago, but has already come down with laryngitis. Rihanna will not be performing in Boston, but there will be a reschedule date. Rihanna will resume her tour on March 12 in Baltimore.
According to Live Nation, Rihanna has been instructed by her doctor not to perform the sold out Boston concert.
Rihanna took to Twitter to give her apologies to all of her Boston fans explaining how sorry she is for not being able to perform.
“BOSTON this is the hardest thing for me to deal with! I feel like we’ve been waiting on this day forever, and I’m hurt that I let you down.”
Rihanna will have a reschedule date and ticket holders for the Boston show have been advised to retain their tickets for a pending reschedule date. Here’s to hoping Rihanna recovers from her laryngitis quickly and gets back to her tour.
