Rihanna’s bloody knee is reportedly the end result of a night of partying in London. Rihanna was in London for London Fashion Week and Rihanna ended up with a bloodied knee after a fan allegedly threw a Lucozade bottle at her outside a nightclub.
According to a Feb. 18, 2013, report by the Mirror, the fan who threw the bottle at her was upset about her “on-again/off-again” relationship with boyfriend Chris Brown.
Eyewitnesses who were at The Box nightclub in Soho said that the incident occurred at about 4 a.m. Rihanna, or RiRi, was leaving the nightclub when the upset fan threw the bottle of Lucozade towards Rihanna’s leg and it caused her to stumble and fall. According to the eyewitnesses, Rihanna cut her knee on the pavement.
After the alleged bottle attack, Rihanna’s bodyguard went after the assailant. The assailant also fell and ended up having to be treated in a hospital.
It appears that 24-year-old Rihanna’s bloody knee incident is just a reflection of not just a chaotic night but a chaotic visit to England.
The Mirror reports that “The singer had flown half-way across the globe to pick up a tidy £800,000 pay cheque to show her debut Rihanna For River Island collection. But the oversubscribed, nine-minute fashion show started 50 minutes late and saw Rihanna, 24, on stage for a mere 30 seconds. She then refused to mingle at her own after-party, choosing instead to stay holed up in her Winnebago with BFF Melissa Forde.”
London’s incident is only highlighting rumors that Rihanna likes marijuana.
“Last week she tweeted pictures of what appeared to be big buds of weed with the caption: ‘Roses are green! Somebody knows how to make me happy’.”
