On Wednesday, Right Stuf, Inc. confirmed three titles for release in North America this July, a value-priced edition of “The Irresponsible Captain Taylor”, the “Kimba the White Lion” complete series and the final “The Rose of Versailles” DVD set.
The second “The Rose of Versailles” limited edition DVD set contains the final 20 episodes of the series, Japanese audio with English subtitles, housed in a collectable chipboard art box and an art booklet. The collection will have a price tag of $49.99 and should be available on July 9, 2013.
The “Kimba the White Lion” DVD set repackages all 52 episodes, with remastered video and an English language audio track, housed in a slim-profile, chipboard collectable box. Osamu Tezuka fans can look for “Kimba the White Lion” to be available on July 9, 2013 for $69.99.
The value-priced edition of “Irresponsible Captain Taylor” contains all 26-episodes of the television series, featuring remastered video from the Japanese home video release along with English and Japanese audio, in a litebox-style case. The collection will also be available on July 9, 2013 and has a price tag of $39.99
All three titles will be released by Right Stuf, Inc.’s Nozomi Entertainment division.
