Right actions, deepest values and mindfulness

Tuesday, March 4, 2014: Today you'll awake pulled between wanting to just do it now and the desire to make sure that any actions you take are fair and equitable to others. These opposing needs led into a short Moon Void-of Course in Aries (12:31 pm - 2:12 pm EST) which will give you pause to consider the words of the Vietnamese Zen teacher Thich Nhat Hanh, "The basis of Right Action is to do everything in mindfulness."

In the second half of the day a calmer, more relaxing, mood takes hold... slow down, take note of your recent gains, align yourself with your deepest values and get clarity.

Keep in mind that your values have a profound impact on what you accomplish. Set your goals on what you consider most important... and follow through.

Today's Quote

Your beliefs become your thoughts,
Your thoughts become your words,
Your words become your actions,
Your actions become your habits,
Your habits become your values,
Your values become your destiny.
Mahatma Gandhi
