There's something electrifyingly stimulating when you brave the outdoors and let the wind caress your skin. It feels like it's the most natural thing in the world. It brings man back to the primal world and the most basic of instinct, freedom.
It is what C.I.C.L.E. intends to do, bring everyone back to the very basic of human experience, meeting with nature. However, their ArtNight Pasadena Bicycle Ride wants to bring that a step higher by melding nature with art.
On Friday, October 11, every cyclist is invited to tour Pasadena stopping at different art galleries and museums including Armory Center for the Arts, Pacific Asia Museum, Pasadena Museum of California Art, Side Street Projects and the Pasadena Museum of History. It's all for free and open to the public.
This is part of C.I.C.L.E.'s and Real Goods Solar's efforts to raise awareness about the benefits and necessity of solar energy utilization. Events like this allows people to directly experience the environmental and personal benefits of using environment-friendly vehicles like bicycles.
Bring night lights and proper bicycle gear. All minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian. All participants are assumed do know how to safely ride a bike.
