Riddle is not your basic missing kid flick. It's a little better than that.
Holly Teller (Elisabeth Harnois) is Nathan's (Ryan Malgarini) sister. She is very protective of him, as he seems a little slow.
She tended to him as much as possible. However, one day two bullies see him sitting alone, as he is sitting in the stands, waiting for Holly as she has cheer leading practice.
The bullies offer him a ride and he reluctantly accepts. Why they took off with him anyway is anyone's guess.
During the ride, they stop so that Nathan can go to the restroom as he has wet himself while the driver played, "Chicken" with a semi.
He escapes and is then missing.
Holly is drawn to the town of Riddle, where the sherriff is non-compliant, to say the least.
However, Holly is unrelenting and does find Nathan.
Amber: Are you sure it was him?
Clark: They found the Teller boy.
Holly: He's a missing child. How could you turn your back to that?
Holly: I just want to find my brother.
Holly: I saw my brother. He's alive and I think he's here in Riddle.
Holly: I was kind of counting on him to show a little compassion.
Holly: You're just refusing to believe me.
Holly: Sherriff, sometimes, your problems are your own.
Sheriff Richards: Ms. Teller, you need to know what happened up there.
Sheriff Richards: Sometimes, your problems are your own.
Sheriff Richards: Unless there's any new evidence, the case is closed.
Sheriff Richards: Why don't you go back to Jefferson and tell the people there what you think you saw.
