It should come as no surprise that Rick Wiles, who once called Obama the fourth beast of the Apocalypse, joined the shrill chorus of right-wingers trying to blame Obama for the government shutdown that they called for.
Wiles took it one step further, in fact, by claiming that the shutdown is actually a racist plot by President Obama to stick it to white people.
"Is the racist Obama administration specifically targeting conservative white people for shutdowns and evictions? I really think so. I think he is deliberately trying to provoke an outbreak of anger."
In true extremist form, Wiles asserts that it is racist that, instead of blacks and Hispanics being evicted and thrown out onto the streets, white people are having their vacations ruined by not having access to the national parks.
"Have you noticed that the only people being shut down or evicted are white Americans?" Wiles asked, using the term 'evicted' loosely. "Please tell me how all those welfare people living in federally-owned housing complexes are still there during the shutdown?"
Wiles went on to claim that, if the government shutdown closes national parks, then it should also result in the closure of the White House.
"And what about Barry Soetoro and his little wifey Michelle?" asked Wiles. "They're living rent-free in a federally owned house at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. Somebody ought to remove them, send some National Park Service police officers over there to remove the Obamas, shut that place down too."
Back in reality, it's fortunate that the White House cannot be foreclosed upon, otherwise Mitt Romney and the Koch Brothers would be lining up to bid on it already.
