- Eerie Nights Ghost Tours. This is truly a Richmond tradition that includes a tour through Richmond's oldest neighborhood, Shockoe Bottom. The tour searches for restless spirits and you'll hear ghostly stories of paranormal activities. Admission is $13. Visit the website for dates and times.
- Haunted Henricus: Things that go Bump in the Night. Visitors will experience an evening of excitement with legendary tales as storytellers relive Old English legends and folklore. - Fall Festival at Patterson Avenue Baptist Church. For more light-hearted fun, this annual fall festival is filled with fun for families and it's all free. Kids can enjoy the pumpkin patch, petting zoo, clowns, costume contest, trunk-or-treating, games, inflatables, food, and much more. Bring a canned good for the Central VA Food Bank is you can! The event is on October 20, 2013 from 2pm - 5pm.
- 3rd Annual Squirreloween. This year is the Flying Squirrels' biggest Halloween celebration ever. Enjoy trick-or-treating in a safe, family-friendly environment. Kids can decorate mini-pumpkins, take part in a costume contest and enjoy a variety of inflatable games. Local band The Hit List will perform on the main stage throughout the course of the event.The event is free and the carnival benefits FeedRVA. This event takes place on October 27, 2013 from 2pm - 6pm at The Diamond.
