Not exactly the news that die hard Bon Jovi fans were hoping for following Richie Sambora's leave of absence from the 2013 world tour.
The site claims that Richie will not be returning to the Bon Jovi tour this year, because he has been fired from the tour.
Rumer Fix reveals that sources close to the band have exclusively told them that Richie's beef with Jon Bon Jovi is strictly a cash thing, and one that is not reaching an agreement this year.
Sambora is reported as to making $2 million a month on tour with Bon Jovi plus 20 percent of the profits after each show, while Richie's stand in Philip "Phil X" Xendis makes $10,000 a month, quite a difference in salary drop from Richie Sambora to Phil X.
Despite taking the $2 million a month pay loss Richie Sambora is still making quite a chunk of change since he co-wrote most of the songs and his likeness still appears on all the Bon Jovi merchandise.
The site's source claims that Richie wants to get back on stage, and is really upset over the news, they also claim that they have reached out to Bon Jovi frontman and head honcho Jon Bon Jovi and his reps for comments, but so far have received no response on the matter.
Richie Sambora recently hinted that he would like to get back on the tour in September, but now it appears that Bon Jovi fans are not going to see that happen.
First of all the RumerFix site states in their opening sentence that Guitarist Richie Sambora IS NOT returning to tour with Bon Jovi this year, could the two words this year mean for the rest of 2013 only,or for the entire rest of the "Because We Can" tour period. It does not clarify if Richie Sambora will be returning to work with Jon Bon Jovi, David Byron and Tico Torres following the end of the tour or if Bon Jovi fans must now get used to a Bon Jovi world without Richie Sambora indefinitely.
Until fans here the official and final word from Jon Bon Jovi himself there still is a bit of hope left for those "Keep The Faith" fans that those two little words "this year" means just that, this year.
Do you think it is over for god for Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora, or will Jon Bon Jovi and Richie Sambora bury the hatchet and get back to what they have been successfully doing for over 30 years as a team, as friends, as brothers.
