After a year of hiding, finally, Richard Gutierrez and Sarah Lahbati decided to bring out the photos of their baby to their fans and supporters. In an episode of “It Takes Gutz to Be a Guttierrez” which aired on E! Channel this evening, June 8, 2014, Richard shared his experiences in taking care of his son, Baby Zion, while he was in Geneva, Switzerland with Sarah Lahbati.

The "Kapuso" actor narrated that he took care of his baby while Sarah was sleeping because he knew that nobody would help them in Geneva. “It was just me and Sarah,” Richard confirmed. Aside from their challenging role to Baby Zion in Geneva, Switzerland, Richard also added that bringing his baby back to Manila was one of the most difficult challenges that they had encountered.

Based on his narration, he consulted his family and told them how much he wanted to bring his baby back to Manila. Richard confirmed that after studying the case, with the help of Eddie Gutierrez, Annablle Rama and Sarah’s mom, Esther Lahbati, Baby Zion arrived in Manila peaceful and safe.

And now, they are enjoying every single moment with Baby Zion after the hardships that they had to go through while they were in Geneva. In an interview with Kris Aquino on “The Buzz” Sunday afternoon, Richard revealed that he is planning to marry Sarah in the near future, but he also admitted that his main priority at this very moment is the welfare of Baby Zion.

Richard and Sarah became controversial when the latter decided to go out of the country and told the media that she wanted to go back to his father’s homeland to pursue her studies there. After she left the country, reports came out that she decided to leave her showbiz career in the Philippines because of pregnancy issue. The couple refused to talk about the issue and insisted that Sarah left the country to be with her family in Switzerland and finish her studies.
