Richard Bach, the best selling author is back with another gem.
As one of my favorite aviation enthusiasts, Bach's newest book is about his endearing seaplane, Puff and he tells the tale in Travels With Puff: A Gentle Game of Life and Death how he took the place across country and what an adventure it turned out to be.
The book is out in paper and Kindle versions.
Bach is a former USAF fighter pilot, Air Force captain and even a barnstorming pilot, He continues to be an avid aviator-author, exploring and writing about the joys and the freedom pilots experience when they fly. His fans eagerly await each and every one of his works. His website is www.richardbach.com.
In Travels With Puff, we see how Bach bonds with his new seaplane. Puff, seems to have a distinct personality of her own. Bach describes this whole process with humor.
The adventure begins when Bach decides to fly Puff from Florida to Washington State.
There is danger, there is fun and everything in between. The underlying themes of the book are trust and freedom.
With chapters called "On the Fourth Day She Rested" and "Ev-rey-one Knows It's Win-dy", we fly along with Bach and Puff in this page turner that is one for the ages.
This is a book that after you read once, you will want to keep handy to refer to again and again.
