Rice University, in Houston, uses a need-blind admission process and meets 100% of a student's financial aid based on financial aid eligibility.

For 2011-12 school year, 97% of freshmen, whose families made less than $80,000 who applied for and received financial aid. For families making $80,000 to $120,000, it was 90% of freshmen. ONly 26% of freshmen applied for and received financial aid if from families making more than $120,000 annually.
