Ric Flair is asking for a protective order and not from someone you would expect. Flair wants a protective order against his wife, Jackie. According to TMZ on Feb. 18, Flair is accusing her of assaulting him with a glass object.
Flair has filed documents in response to Jackie’s legal separation papers. Flair calls her “cruel” and “barbarous” as well as claiming she has endangered his life with her drunken rage throughout their marriage.
Although Flair is claiming Jackie assaulted him with a glass object, it happened back in February 2010. Jackie allegedly threw a glass object that shattered on his forehead, cut him severely and required medical attention.
Flair also claims Jackie has been arrested for a DUI with a blood alcohol level of .22. This amount is three times the legal limit.
The couple separated in December but Flair still fears for his life. Flair also claims Jackie has been talking about him and calling him a cheating scumbag. According to Flair this has cost him lucrative performance and endorsement contracts.
Is Ric Flair just trying to get out of the separation agreement he signed with Jackie in October where he promised to pay her tens of thousands of dollars? Of course his reasoning for not being able to pay her now is because of her badmouthing and causing him to lose those performance and endorsement contracts.
