'RHOOC' Tamra Barney vows to fight back after hinting that she wanted to die

Tamra Barney has stopped feeling sorry for herself. A day after posting a message that hinted that she was so shattered by her ex-husband Simon Barney's claims that she's a negligent mother that she wanted to die, she posted another message saying that she'll stop with the tears and start to fight back.

On Friday, April 18, the "Real Housewives of Orange County" star posted a message on her Facebook page thanking her fans for their support. She wrote that their support helped pull her through a very tough time, when she just "wanted to give up." She added that she now realizes that she needs to stop feeling sorry for herself and to start fighting for what she loves.

The strong message comes a day after she posted an alarming image on her Instagram account about wanting to die. The black and white photo shows her, with only her hands visible, holding up a notebook with a message scrawled over a page. The message talks about thinking that you want to die but in reality wanting to be saved. Her caption for the photo stated that she has lost her strength.

Tamra's emotional turmoil is the result of the public broadcasting of her ex-husband's claims that she is a bad mother. He filed a declaration in late March asking the court to change their child custody agreement over their three children. As evidence, text messages sent from Tamra to her teenage daughter, in which she scolded her for treating her badly and asking her what she ever did to deserve such treatment, were submitted.

Tamra Barney has told People magazine that the claims are false and are the result of Simon's need for attention. She also believes that Simon had a part in selling the story. She said that it's not a coincidence that the story first came out on the night that "The Real Housewives of Orange County" premiered. She has the support of her husband Eddie Judge, who posted on his Twitter account that Simon is a "looser" who can't move on.
