Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Barney is involved in a nasty custody battle with her ex-husband Simon Barney. Tamra upset her new husband, Eddie Judge by telling co-star Heather Dubrow that she wanted a new baby.
The stars of the reality show were attending a dinner party by new housewife Shannon Beador when Dubrow took Judge aside and told him that after having lunch with Tamra she knew she had the desire to have another baby. Barney had told Dubrow and Beador that the 50/50 custody agreement she had made her feel like a part-time mother and she wanted to have a baby with Judge.
In the custody battle court documents, Simon Barney has accused Tamra of neglecting their three children. Her daughter Sidney, 15 said in court documents that her mother is emotionally abusive.
Dubrow told Judge, “She’s [Tamra] worried that you want a kid. And you’ve always been very clear, I think, that you don’t. She got really upset and she started talking about how her kids leave her 50 percent of the time. And if she had a kid with you, it wouldn’t leave.”
Dubrow continued to air Tamra’s dirty laundry in a confessional segment. “Tamra has always said that it was Eddie that wants a baby. It’s really Tamra and I don’t think she’s being honest with Eddie about it.” After the conversation with Dubrow, Judge confronted Tamra.
Judge told Tamra, “I was having a good time until Heather hit me up about this conversation you had with her. She said you broke down in tears and told her you were thinking about having a kid because 50 percent of the time, our kids are not with us and you are missing that and that’s why you feel like we need to have a kid.”
Barney responded, “Why was she talking to you? She said that to you?” Judge told Tamra, “It’s none of her business. I’d like to keep it between us so please don’t share this stuff with our friends.”
