‘RHOOC’ star Tamra Barney’s husband wants to protect the children

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Tamra Barney apparently went to court last week to ask the judge to remove the restriction that protects her children from appearing on the show. She wants to have her children on the show, but her ex-husband Simon Barney wants to protect the children and keep them away from the spotlight. According to a new Radar Online report published on Dec. 16, “The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Tamra Barney’s ex-husband is now fighting back.

“They have been targeted and are the subject of consistent embarrassment due to the content of the show and their mother’s involvement,” Simon said in a declaration filed on Friday as part of their ongoing feud. When the couple was filming the show together, the children were a part of it. Now that Tamra is married to Eddie Judge, Simon wants nothing to do with the children.

“The show (has) started to become increasingly more about the alcohol, intoxication, sex and bad behavior,” said Simon. He recalls scenes with Tamra “naked in a bath tub being intimate with her then boyfriend, current husband, Edward Judge.” Simon also said Tamra had her “vagina waxed on camera, with several men, other than her husband-to-be, present in the room,” and her bachelorette party, which included having her “head in naked strippers crotches.”

At this point, Simon doesn’t want his children to be on the show, especially since he doesn’t want them associated with Tamra’s actions on the show. “If my children were to be on my show, I had stated to the production company… that I was to approve all footage and the children were only to be filmed with my supervision and presence. At that time, (the production company) agreed,” he reveals. At this point in time, he keeps firm that he does not want to sign the consent form.

Do you think he has a point?
