‘RHOOC’ star Shannon Beador’s husband has a criminal past?

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Shannon Beador is rumored to be the new housewife joining the show after Gretchen Rossi, Lydia McLaughlin and Alexis Bellino were apparently let go from the show due to uninteresting story lines or personal reasons. Shannon’s role on the show was only made public after Tamra Barney tweeted a picture out of them all hanging out and she has already confirmed that they are filming. According to a new Radar Online report published on Dec. 4, “The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Shannon Beador’s husband doesn’t have a clean record.

Apparently, her husband David was investigated on two charges of “battery against cohabitant” and “assault” in 2003. This information was obtained from court records. “48-year-old David, who owns a construction company in Corona, Calif., was released on $10,000 bond after the incident,” reads the website. He pled not guilty and the case was dismissed.

Of course, legal troubles are common in the housewives franchise, including Sonja Morgan’s bankruptcy over a bad investment, Lynne Curtin’s eviction drama due to unpaid rent and recently, Teresa Giudice’s 41 counts of fraud. What do you think of this new housewife?
