“The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Heather Dubrow was invited to Tamra Barney’s wedding along with many of her co-stars. Unlike some of her co-stars, Heather actually took part of the wedding as she sang a song during the ceremony for the new couple. However, the song never made it to air. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Sept. 20, “The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Heather Dubrow is now revealing why her song was cut from the wedding special.
There are rules for using songs on a show and apparently, Heather singing a song does violate copyright on that song. Bravo simply wasn’t allowed to use the song on air. "For all who have been asking, I sang a bluesy version of 'Come Rain or Come Shine' at Tamra's wedding," she revealed on Instagram, while sharing a picture of her singing. "They couldn't 'clear the song (copyright) — so it was cut from the show, but I was so happy to be a part of Tamra & Eddie's special day!"
One can imagine that someone recorded it for Tamra and Eddie to enjoy when they reflect back on their wedding. What do you think?
