“The Real Housewives of New York” star Jill Zarin was fired from the show after the fourth season because fans wanted to see a change. Bethenny Frankel quit after the third season to film three seasons of her own reality show. She then went on to film her talk show, which has been cancelled after one season. So, are these two returning to the small screen? According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on March 20, “The Real Housewives of New York” star Jill Zarin is rumored to be returning to the show, just as Kelly Bensimon is rumored to be returning this season.
Carole Radziwill asked Andy Cohen on “Watch What Happens Live” about a rumor that she and Heather Thomson would be fired and replaced with Bethenny and Jill. “I have a question for your Andy,” Carole boldly begins before continuing, “Aviva’s been saying on some radio show that Heather and I are being fired and replaced by Bethenny and Jill. What do you have to say about it?”
Andy did seem rather shocked at the plan, especially since Aviva Drescher appears to be behind the rumor. “Daddy has enough problems in his life,” he quipped back, to which Carole added on, “Maybe it’s the voices in her head.” However, Andy was shocked that Aviva had said that they were getting fired, asking later, “Wait, so, she said you two are getting fired?” And Carole was quick to reply. “Heather and I are getting fired and replaced by Bethenny and Jill. Good luck with that,” Carole explained.
Jill may be interested in going back on the show, but Bethenny has been focusing on her Skinnygirl business, especially since her talk show has been cancelled. And while she did film her own reality show for a while, it doesn't sound like she is ready to go back there. What do you think of this rumour?
