“The Real Housewives of New York” star Carole Radziwill has been working on her second book, “The Widow’s Guide to Sex and Dating,” for quite some time, but it sounds like she is finally ready to give birth to this fiction masterpiece. She has been focusing on this release date and now she is doing some interviews to promote the book and the upcoming season of the show. According to a new Us Weekly report published on Feb. 10, “The Real Housewives of New York” star Carole Radziwill is now dishing details about her breakup with rocker, Russ Irwin.

Of course, these two were causally dating. They would be together whenever possible but would see other people when Russ was on the road. And since the new season is about to start, people are curious to see where this writer is in her romantic life. “Sadly, Russ and I split up after three years. But it turns out I enjoy dating. I’ve yet to have a bad first date. In that way I am not at all like Claire! I like meeting new men, even if they are jerks. I always learn something. I’d go out with anyone once. But to get me on a second date is tricky. That requires chemistry, magic and fairy dust,” she reveals.

As for the reason of the breakup, there wasn’t anything bad. “We broke up for the reason a lot of couples break up. We weren’t in the same place. He talked of marriage and I was not in a marrying state of mind. But we remain close friends. Sure, it's a cliché, but it's also true,” she reveals. Oddly, Carole was not ready to get married, even though this rocker was ready to tie the knot.

What do you think of them breaking up?
