Former "Real Housewives of New York" cast member Bethenny Frankel was reportedly broke before she was cast on the hit Bravo reality show "RHONY" according to Showbiz Spy reports on Saturday, August 17.
Frankel, who recently revealed that 75 percent of the "Real Housewives" cast are in financial trouble has been called out as a hypocrite as sources closely related to the show stated that when Frankel first started on the reality show she was nearly broke herself.
“Bethenny was so stressed out before she was on "The Real Housewives of New York City.” a source close to her revealed.
“She had done that reality show with Martha Stewart and had her Bethenny Bakes but she had nothing else lined up and she was panicked.
“Bethenny said she only had $8,000 to her name and she had to take the job on the show.
“Bethenny was in the same boat as Teresa or anyone else a few years ago so she shouldn’t be calling out the other housewives. She’s being a hypocrite and forgetting where she came from.”
Frankel is now listed as the most successful Housewife, her businesses include her own talk show, a line of alcohol, and a new best selling books.
Bethenny Frankel talked with NYC 95.5 PLJ Radio announcers Scott and Todd letting the cat out of the bag claiming she believes that most of the wives on the reality series are“all show and no go” when it comes to flaunting their pretend massive wealth.
“I’ve been around it,” Bethenny said. “I think Bravo likes to cast someone that lives a larger than life life and that people look at and think they’re so wealthy and want that and think it’s aspirational."
The drama continues on, it appears once a "RHONY" always a "RHONY."
Do you believe Bethenny Frankel is continuing to stir the drama pot with her former Bravo sisters intentionally?
