'RHONY' Aviva Drescher opens up about abortion and ex's spoiled ways in new book

Aviva Drescher is revealing all about her life in her new memoir "Leggy Blonde," including something that most women would rather not talk about. As reported by Page Six on Sunday, Feb. 23, the "Real Housewives of New York City" star reveals in her book that she had an abortion three months before she got engaged to her ex Harry Dubin.

“I felt nothing. No regret. It was the obvious decision, and Harry supported it . . . Ironically, ending the pregnancy brought us closer together," she writes in her book.

Besides her abortion, she also talks about how privileged, and some would say spoiled, her ex was when he was younger. According to her, Harry's grandfather paid his credit card bill while his parents, unbeknownst to his grandfather, also gave him a "generous allowance." His grandfather even helped with their monthly lease on their apartment.

Presumably, Aviva got permission from her ex before she decided to go ahead and reveal all about their life together as a young couple!

Even if her ex is angry, Aviva's currently happily busy promoting her book.

"Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine I'd have a book at #BarnesandNoble! #leggyblonde #humbled #autographed," she tweeted on Monday, Feb. 24, along with a photo of her proudly pointing to a stack of her books at the bookstore.

Are you excited to see Aviva Drescher and the rest of the ladies when the new season of "The Real Housewives of New York City" returns March 11?
