‘RHONJ’ Teresa Giudice’s husband rejects guilty plea, faces 10 years in jail

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice and her husband went to court yesterday to address the plea deal he was offered. This court date has been postponed for several weeks, but they finally got to go to court. Rather than accept guilt for using his brother’s ID to get a new license after his own was suspended, Joe Giudice rejected the plea deal. This means that Joe will go to trial this fall, where he needs to prove that he is innocent of the charges currently against him.

Joe Giudice’s trial will begin on October 1st of this year and if found guilty, Joe could go to jail for 10 years. In New Jersey, his actions of getting a driver’s license by fraudulent means is punishable by 10 years. However, Joe has an arrogant attitude and he probably doesn’t think he needs to be punished so harshly for his actions.

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice’s friends believe that she is working hard just in case he does go to jail for 10 years. Even her costar Caroline Manzo believes that Teresa is doing what she can to make money from her personal troubles. “Teresa wants it all, and I think that the demands she put on him led him to make decisions that weren't the best. And I think he resents her for it, and he's going to pay the ultimate price for it,” Caroline said in a recent confessional interview for the show.

Do you think Teresa will file for divorce from Joe if he is found guilty and sentenced to 10 years?
