'RHONJ' Teresa Giudice's friend Kim DePaola responds to lawsuit

Another cast member of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" has been hit by a lawsuit. This time, it's not one of the housewives but a friend of one of the housewives. Kim DePaola, Teresa Giudice's friend and staunch ally, has been sued by a jewelry designer who claims that she stole his designs. RumorFix reported on Saturday, Feb. 22, that Kim denies the claim and is vowing to fight back hard.

Constantino Frangopolous said that he entered into an agreement with Kim for her to wear his jewelry and promote it on "The Real Housewives of New Jersey." Instead of doing that, she just started making and selling knockoffs of his items in her boutique and website

Kim says that she doesn't even know who this person is.

“It’s complete bulls**t! I never met this guy before in my life! He is going to find out real soon who the big boys are! I have the most powerful attorney on the planet. I am suing for punitive damages," she said.

Perhaps Kim got her lawyer through a recommendation from Teresa Giudice? Teresa, much to her dismay, has certainly had a lot of experience with lawyers herself because of her bankruptcy and fraud cases. Hopefully, Teresa's now supporting her friend through her own legal battle!
