"Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice will head to court in April for federal fraud charges. According to Wet Paint on Feb. 1, Teresa was talking to a woman whose husband was in jail and seemed surprised that the woman waited for his release.

When the woman said she stuck with her husband and waited for his prison sentence to end, Teresa allegedly said that the woman was a better person than she was. That clearly makes it sound like, if Joe heads to prison for the tax charges, Teresa might not stick around waiting for his release.

Of course, that could all be a moot point because Teresa is charged with almost as many crimes as Joe. Many of the charges have to do with falsifying the income she was or was not making at times for loan purposes as well as not paying their full taxes for a number of years.

If found guilty of all the charge, Joe and Teresa Giudice could both head to prison for more than 50 years.

While Teresa Giudice hinted that she wouldn't wait around for Joe if he went to jail and she didn't, the reasons are not because of the tax crimes, of which she is as liable as he is. The problem here is that Joe has continuously been accused of cheating on her and sources said that she is tiring of those constant rumors.

The "Real Housewives of New Jersey" stars have a lot to deal with in court, but it sounds like their relationship might be breaking as well.
