"RHONJ" star Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe, might be forced to sell their sprawling New Jersey mansion ahead of their court date. On April 18, Radar Online reported that Teresa and Joe are running out of money. Apparently the two are relying solely on their income from "The Real Housewives of New Jersey" and sources say that without the show, the two would be completely broke.
Despite Teresa having other ventures ranging from a hair care line to cookbooks to a line of wines, her income stream has supposedly diminished. It has been reported that Joe and Teresa are "under water" in their home meaning they owe more on the home than it's worth. This could mean that they could end up foreclosing on the home if they can't sell it.
If "RHONJ" continues production next season without Teresa Giudice, it could be a major blow in the finance department. While most people assume that Teresa and Joe won't be back to do the show because of their legal battles, this hasn't been confirmed yet. Most can't imagine the network offering Teresa a contract given her current situation.
Even still, fans of Teresa really hope that things work out. She and Joe have been focused on their four daughters and have really been taking advantage of the time they have before things get really "serious." As far as their personal lives, some of their "friends" have completely dropped them -- like The Manzo's. According to ENSTARS, The Giudice's invitation to Lauren Manzo's wedding has been taken back.
Teresa and Joe Giudice are both due in court in July to face several federal fraud charges. They have both reached a plea deal and will soon find out their fate. Several media outlets have reported that both Teresa and Joe will be heading to jail, but Teresa's sentence likely won't be more than 2 years. The couple plans to ask the judge if they can serve their time separately so that one of them can be home with their children.
