Teresa and Joe Giudice entered the federal courthouse and appeared before Judge Esther Salas. When asked if they were admitting to the fraud charges, both of them said, “Yes, your honor.”

The Giudices pleaded guilty as a part of a plea deal. Teresa Giudice could end up serving less than two years while her husband Joe will serve a minimum of three years.

Prosecutors hit the Giudices with a 41 count indictment last year. They went on to add even more charges after a few months. They accused Teresa and Joe of exaggerating their income when they applied for loans.

They are also accused of hiding their money during the bankruptcy filing.
