'RHONJ' stars Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga continue on with reconciliation

Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga have come a long way in the last couple years. When fans first met the sisters-in-law, they were constantly feuding and complaining about the other, but now, they are actually friends.

Throughout the first few episodes of the currently airing season of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," fans have gotten their first look at the Giudice/Gorga reconciliation, and as the season continues, they'll be seeing more from the formerly feuding duo.

"My relationship with Teresa right now is so much different than all the other times that we've made up. This is genuine," Gorga told the cameras during a sneak peek at the upcoming episode of "The Real Housewives of New Jersey," via an Aug. 18 report by Wetpaint Entertainment.

"It's nice to be able to hang out with my sister-in-law," Giudice added in her own interview. "Melissa is getting older, she's maturing, she's growing, just like I am."

It's certainly great to hear these two have such a positive outlook about their future. Sure, Giudice seemed to call Gorga immature in her comment, but hopefully, Gorga can let it slide. After all, if she wants to truly move on, she's going to have to pick her battles.

In addition to her reconciliation with her sister-in-law, Gorga has also been in the headlines for her 2014 earnings -- which are outrageously good. In a report by Radar Online, it was claimed Gorga is making over $1 million from her book sales and reality show gig.

“Melissa Gorga is making over $1 million right now. Her salary and her book sales have pushed her into a 7-figure earning bracket,” a source told Tom Murro.

Giudice isn't doing so great. Next month, she and her husband, Joe, are expected in court, where they will receive their sentences for fraud. Giudice is facing up to two years behind bars, while husband Joe is facing up to four, as well as a possible deportation.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey" season six airs Sunday nights at 8 p.m. on Bravo.
