Teresa Giudice will protect her family to the end, even if it means losing friends over it. This was shown on the fourth season of the show. So, it isn’t too surprising that she is now going to court to help her husband clear his name. According to a new Radar Online report released on Feb. 8, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice is planning on taking the stand in her husband’s court case over obtaining a new license using fraudulent ways. He used his brother’s identity to get a new license after his own was suspended due to his car accident a few years back. This was shown on the third season of the show.
Joe Giudice’s court case has been postponed several times, but “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice will finally be able to help her husband on Feb. 25, as this is his newest court date. It is an update hearing, where the couple will be informed of a trial date if one is needed by the judge. Joe and Teresa aren’t too worried about the court case; his attorney believes they have a rock solid defense.
“Teresa could be a witness,” Miles Feinstein has revealed. “But everything she would say would be positive for Joe.” And it sounds like Joe’s attorney wants a trial to prove his innocent – and with “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice’s help. “We are going to trial,” the attorney vows. “These charges and the threat of state prison are ridiculous for this event. I’ve said it all along, but it is because of Joe’s celebrity status that this hasn’t been resolved already.”
What defense do you think they have that could clear his name?
