“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice are currently facing some serious issues, as they have been indicted on 39 counts of fraud. Both of them are being held responsible, meaning they will both go to trial in February. And many have asked the couple what would happen to their four children. According to a new Radar Online report published on Sept. 30, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice and her husband are not planning on Joe Gorga and his wife to take care of their four children if they go to jail over their fraud charges.
“If God forbid, something should ever happen to where we would have to worry about where the kids would go, it wouldn’t be Melissa and Joe,” Joe Giudie revealed as he was talking about the consequences of their legal issues. Giudice hasn’t really spoken out about the issues, but Teresa has revealed that they will stay strong. And one can imagine that they have talked about their children and their futures.
“I would have my sister, I’d have my brother,” take care of the children, Joe said, hinting that his own brother would be the primary caregiver for the four Giudice children. Teresa had hinted that she wanted her parents to take them, but that wouldn’t happen because they are older and her father has been dealing with some heart issues. “But I definitely don’t think my kids would want to go with Melissa and Joe after all the things that they say on television about their mom.”
What do you think of Joe’s brother taking their children?
