“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice and her husband are facing some serious charges and the couple have said very little about it all. Teresa recently revealed that she was thankful for the support, but she has not addressed the possibility of her husband being deported to Italy. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Nov. 21, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice’s lawyer is now revealing that the deportation issue is a tragic one.
Teresa’s lawyer, Miles Feinstein, knows that deportation is possible. “A lot is at stake here not only for Teresa and Joe but for their families, particularly the children," he has revealed. He also added that they are doing everything possible to prepare for the trial. And it sounds like he knows it is painful for the family, adding, “They are holding up best as possible, but obviously they are concerned about their children, themselves, and it's a worrisome situation."
And despite facing so many serious charges, it sounds like Teresa's lawyer is confident that he can get them off the hook. "We have confidence in our defense and ... hopefully that issue never arises because that's a tragic issue," he says, adding, "I don't know if you can ever prepare for that."
Do you think their defense will work against all 41 fraud charges?
