“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice hasn't really dished her thoughts on her husband's potential jail sentence, as the trial is approaching, but one can imagine that she is scared. Both of them are facing upwards of 50 years in jail, and they will learn their fate when trial stars in early October. However, it sounds like she was there for her husband when he decided to dish his thoughts on the jail time he was facing before the indictment earlier this month. According to a new Radar Online report published on Aug. 30, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Giudice's husband is now revealing that he isn't really prepared to go to jail.
As fans will see on Sunday's episode of the show, Giudice reveals how scared he is of going to jail. The group are Arizona to celebrate Melissa Gorga's birthday and it sounds like Joe Giudice participates in an exercise with a horse. “He responds to one thing: authenticity,” the horse’s handler tells the group. “What have you been scared of?” he then asks Giudice. “I think everybody has a little fear of something, you know what I mean?” Giudice responds. “I just got lawyers involved and stuff like that.”
And it sounds like he opens up a little to his wife, who has known about his legal struggles for a while. “I am totally shocked that Joe would bring up those legal issues,” Joe Gorga reveals to the camera. “This is a big step for Joe Giudice.” In privacy, Giudice tells his wife that he doesn't belong in jail.
