“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice may not have been expecting her family to be in such legal troubles, but it sounds like she is getting more time with her family because her husband’s time in court keeps getting pushed. And this court date isn’t regarding the large fraud case. This is the identify theft case when he obtained a license using his brother’s ID. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Jan. 15, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice is getting lucky because her husband’s trial keeps getting postponed, meaning he gets to spend more time at home with the family.

Apparently, he was scheduled to have a conference earlier this week, but the appointment was postponed because his lawyer was busy with another case. This isn’t the first time that his case has been postponed, so he is buying himself lots of time before his cases are addressed.

There is no news regarding the trial where both Teresa and her husband will stand trial for the 41 counts of fraud. Even though Joe may be locked up because of his identity theft, it sounds like it is nothing compared to the legal battle they will face together.
