‘RHONJ’ star Teresa Giudice presents plea deal where she gets no jail time

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice has been very adamant that she is trying to stay strong throughout this entire ordeal. In fact, she doesn’t want anyone to go to jail, but given the scope of her husband’s charges, one or both of them are destined to get some jail time. Both of them are facing upwards of 50 years in jail. However, there have been several attempts to ease her penalty, but nothing has worked thus far. According to a new Radar Online report published on Feb. 28, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice and her husband have presented a plea deal that could ensure that she doesn’t get any jail time.

Teresa and Joe have supposedly reached a plea deal with the U.S. Attorney’s office which could result in little or no jail time for the couple. Both are facing 50 years, so anything less than 10 for each would be quite the deal. They could get out and still enjoy their lives and be there for their daughters. Apparently, the plea deal includes Joe being in jail for five years, where Teresa could be locked up for two years. In the best case scenario for her, she could get probation or house arrest.

If that wasn’t enough, there could be an $11 million restitution deal, which seems odd considering they don’t have much money. Back in 2011, they filed for a $11 bankruptcy.
