“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice may have said yes to filming this previous season, but it sounds like it was nothing like fans once saw on the show. Of course, she has been dealing with her legal issues and she has been in the spotlight because of her guilty plea over the falsified documents for tax purposes. In addition, her husband pleaded guilty to fraud charges. But it sounds Teresa won’t be the main housewife this upcoming season.
According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on April 11, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice is apparently a changed woman and Bravo producers are not happy about it. The families recently wrapped the sixth season and her performance for the sixth season is not something that fans are used to.
Apparently, producers are upset with her because she didn't "bring it" by producing the drama fans have come to expect. “She basically checked out this season," the source said. "She’s so afraid about going to jail that she refused to get in fights with anyone on camera!” And yet, her coach Wendy Feldman claims that Bravo and the production did a great job, treating this sensitive manner with respect.
Another reason why things could have changed is that her friend, Dina Manzo, is back filming the show. It is possible that Dina has given her some advice on how to deal with the media, the fraud case, and just life in general. Since they are good friends, one can imagine that Dina just wants the best for Teresa and her four daughters.
But since Teresa pleaded guilty, one can imagine that there are plenty of women out there in New Jersey who would love to come on the show and bash her at the chance of getting some fame out of it. What do you think about seeing a more reasonable and calm Teresa this upcoming season?
