‘RHONJ’ star Teresa Giudice deals with heartbreaking death in the family

“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice may be going through some troubling times, as she is waiting for her sentencing date. Earlier this year, both she and her husband pleaded guilty to various fraud charges that could put them both behind bars. Her husband could even be deported. But she is currently dealing with another heartbreak. According to a new Radar Online report published on June 24, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice is currently dealing with an emotional death in the family.

Teresa’s father has been sick for quite a while, but it is actually Joe’s father who has passed away. It was announced this week that Joe Giudice’s father, Frank, had passed away last week. The couple attended a funeral service in New Jersey on Monday, but there were some cast members from the show who were not in attendance. And the guest list may not be as shocking as you were hoping for such a crazy show.

“Dina Manzo came with a friend and didn’t stay long,” the source said, but it isn’t surprising that she was there, considering Dina and Teresa are close friends. Other co-stars, including Nicole Mauriello and Teresa Aprea, showed up with their husbands, but didn’t stay for a long time. “[Dina Manzo] showed up after 5 p.m.,” the source said, adding, “the twin sisters came with their husbands and left right away.”

But it isn’t surprising that Caroline Manzo and Jacqueline didn’t show up for the funeral service. Not only are they not close with Teresa, but they are also not on the show anymore. Plus, one can imagine that both Teresa and Joe are both heartbroken over the death. Family members did show up to the mass and burial, including Teresa’s cousin Kathy Wakile and Melissa and Joe Gorga.

Teresa’s daughter Gia did speak during the mass at St. James of the Marches, but Joe himself did not speak about his father. The funeral was not filmed for the show, but one can imagine that the death will be discussed, as it has rocked this family.
