“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Melissa Gorga may have written a book while filming the show, “Love Italian Style,” but it did not get the reviews she was hoping for. It didn’t come close to Teresa Giudice’s cookbooks and one chapter in the book was criticized for promoting marital rape. And yet, it sounds like she can’t stop her rude comments. According to a new Christian Post report published on Jan. 12, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Melissa Gorga is now revealing that her tweet about NeNe was not directed at Teresa Giudice, even though it sure sounds like it.
This weekend, Melissa revealed that she was proud of the Atlanta housewives for getting high ratings. She gave props to NeNe Leakes for being on the show and making it successful without promoting her various projects. "Wow! Congrats @Bravotv & #RHOA over 4.5 million viewers," Gorga tweeted to Leakes. "You gotta give it to @NeNeLeakes still in there & never throwing products at us."
Many of her followers thought the tweet was about Teresa. "Hope this isn't shade being thrown @Teresa_Giudice way," one fan tweeted to Melissa after reading the tweet. "@Andy would agree that RH are allowed to promote!" Of course, Teresa has her Fabellini wine, The Milania Hair Care Collection and various cookbooks.
"Not shade at anyone. Just a congrats to them," Gorga told her fans. "One has nothing to do with the other." And it sounds like Teresa isn’t questioning her sister-in-law’s comments. Do you think she was being honest, or do you think it was a rude comment?
