“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Lauren Manzo may be busy planning her wedding to Vito, but she is also focusing on her own business. While filming the show, Lauren decided that she wanted to pursue her own cafe-like makeup shop, for which she got full support for from her parents. She has been working hard on making it work in New Jersey. And now, according to a new All About the Real Housewives report published on June 6, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Lauren Manzo is getting some help from her family.

Apparently, she has decided to hire her cousin, Ashlee Holmes, to help her out at the cafe. “We’re so excited that @ashleeholmes is now taking appointments & a part of the Cafface team! She is almost all booked up for proms tomorrow with @laurenmanzo and @liaalessandra!! Call to book your appointments with her,” Lauren revealed via Instagram. It sounds like Ashlee will be doing makeup with Lauren and other workers.

On the show, Lauren tried to work with Ashlee when she was trying to launch her makeup stand with a salon in New Jersey. Ashlee flopped on that project, and she ended up breaking down in tears. Now, years later, Ashlee has spent years in Los Angeles, trying to grow as an adult. And it sounds like she is back in New Jersey to start her career in the arts. It is admirable that Lauren trusts her with a position at “Cafface Beauty Bar,” since this is her primary business and work.

Even Jacqueline Laurita has argued for Ashlee, saying that she has changed and has grown up. But only time will tell when it comes to Ashlee's success with her cousin and at Cafface Beauty Bar. It is possible that this new job of hers will be featured on the Manzo's new reality show, “Manzo'd with Children,” should the show be picked up.

Would you trust Ashlee to work for you, given her past failures as documented on the show? Would you forgive her and give her a second chance, considering she was an immature teenager back then?
