“The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Kathy Wakile has always shared her love for desserts and she knows how to make some delicious bite-site desserts. And while she did get some criticism from Teresa Giudice after she decided to share some desserts in her cookbook, she is now getting nothing but support. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report published on Oct. 15, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Kathy Wakile is now revealing that she is back into the dessert business after being inspired from the trips she took over the summer.
“We went to Italy in July,” Kathy shares. “Just me, Richie, and the kids. We decided to go very last minute and when we arrived, we had only booked the first city. We were like the Griswolds, but it was fantastic. We stayed in one place as long as we felt like it and when we wanted to leave, we left.” While they were there, they tried many different foods and it sounds like Kathy found some inspiration there.
And when they got home, they went to Boston as well. “Between all that gelato in Italy and my visit to Boston, I knew I wanted to expand my dessert line to be about more than just cannolis,” Kathy shares. “So I’m now working on a cookbook that will be about all desserts,” she revealed, adding, “Its all about mind desserts and portion control. Everything will be bite-sized.”
