Dina Manzo left “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” on the second season because of the drama, but one can imagine that she continued to watch the show because of her friendship with Teresa Giudice. Even though Dina is done with the show, she is speaking out in favor of Teresa and she claims that the person fans see on the show is much different than the Teresa she knows. According to a new Wetpaint Entertainment report released on Feb. 12, “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Dina Manzo is defending Teresa because of the negative attention she is getting from the show.
“(The Real Housewives of New Jersey) is somewhat produced and — I hate to say it — set up to put you in a [contrived] situation you normally wouldn’t put yourself in,” “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Dina Manzo revealed about her friend Tersa. “Would I go to a dinner with Danielle Staub? No, but I had to [contractually] attend that dinner.” It sounds like Dina wants to blame the show for setting up situations, where the stars can easily fall into the traps to make them change their demeanor. And one example is Teresa’s table-flipping moment during the first season finale.
“The Teresa I know is misunderstood. She is somewhat quiet. She’ll go out and have fun with you, but, in 15 years of knowing her, I have never seen her flip a table before.
