"Real Housewives of New Jersey" star Teresa Giudice's husband Joe Giudice has revealed that he is getting really "freaked out" over the possibility of going to prison soon according to Friday, August 30 Radar Online reports.
As previously reported, "RHONJ" stars Teresa and Joe Giudice have been indicted on 39-counts of fraud and tax evasion charges that could result in one of them possibly being locked away in prison for up to 50-years.
Teresa has been doing everything under the sun in hopes to skate by without doing actual prison time, but so far she has been unsuccessful at coming close to striking any type of plea bargain with the prosecutors.
Joe Giudice on the other hand is beginning to get very nervous and states that "he does not belong" in prison.
In the upcoming episodes of "The Real Housewives of new Jersey" Joe's nerves are starting to unravel as he reveals that he is very afraid that his and Teresa's legal dramas are going to find him in prison in the near future.
“I think everybody has a little fear of something, you know what I mean?” Joe responds. “I just got lawyers involved and stuff like that.”
Joe's brother-in-law Joe Gorga later reveals that he was in "total shock," that Giudice brought up his personal legal issues in front of their group.
“This is a big step for Joe Giudice.”
Joe's confessions did not stop there, he later talked with Teresa in private, well as private as you can expect to be when you are filming your life via reality television anyway, telling Teresa:
“It’s not like I’m a f***ing criminal like where I’ve been in f***ing prison a million f***ing times,” he says. “Never killed nobody, never f***ing did anything… you know to hurt anybody, so I don’t belong there and I don’t want to go there.”
Teresa Giudice's worries are just as real as Joe's and she admitting:
“If he’s scared of something, it makes me scared of something."
Do you think they are just preparing their selves mentally for the possible outcome of their upcoming trial?
