When it comes to the "Real Housewives" reunion shows, where you're sitting in relation to Bravo head honcho Andy Cohen says a lot about your importance to the show. Andy himself said as much in a recent "Ask Andy" segment. As reported by All About The Real Housewives on Monday, Feb. 3, Andy explained how they choose who gets to sit next to him at the reunion shows and even revealed that one of the stars of "Real Housewives of Miami" freaked out about getting fired when she found out that she wouldn't be sitting next to him.
"Usually we put two women next to me who had, kind of big stories that year, or who have a lot to say, or who are in any kind of conflict with each other, or have a lot going on, who we are going to be coming to a lot during the show, that’s how we do it," Andy explained when asked how they decide who gets to sit next him.
Understandably, the housewives who don't get to next to him get quite upset sometimes.
"There was someone from the Miami Reunion [that] was furious that she wasn’t sitting next to me, and she said, ‘Just fire me now. Fire me now. It means I’m getting fired,'" he revealed.
For the season three Miami reunion, Lisa Hochstein sat to the left of Andy and Joanna Krupa to the right. After Lisa, sat Adriana De Moura and Alexia Echevarria. After Joanna was Lea Black. So it was either Adriana, Alexia or Lea who freaked out about her seating position.
Considering that Adriana's storylines for season three included the demise of her long friendship with Lea, once it was revealed that she was in fact married already, and getting married again, it would be understandable if she was pissed that she was bumped in favor of Lisa and Joanna.
Perhaps it was Alexia, whose sat the farthest from Andy and whose storyline of trying to deal with a difficult son wasn't that dramatic compared to the others.
Which of the "Real Housewives of Miami" ladies do you think panicked about getting fired?
