'RHOM' Joanna Krupa responds to Encino home foreclosure story

Joanna Krupa is laughing off reports that she is facing foreclosure on her home in Encino for failing to pay $725,000 in mortgage payments. On Friday, Feb. 28, TMZ reported that the bank has filed foreclosure documents and intends to put the house, which was sold in 2004 for $670,000, up for auction.

Joanna is denying at least that she even lives in Encino.

"Oh How I love the stories :) Everyone thinks they know my life . For those asking I live in Miami and Hollywood Hills. #Oscars2014," Joanna tweeted right after the story came out.

The Hollywood Hills house is the one that viewers saw on one episode of "The Real Housewives of Miami" when Joanna went to Los Angeles with co-stars Lisa Hochstein and Lea Black.

Since more money is owed on the house than what it's worth, perhaps Joanna has decided to just let the bank take it rather than holding on to something that turned out to be a bad investment?

Joanna Krupa's co-star Alexia Echevarria confirmed in February that "The Real Housewives of Miami" is returning for a fourth season. At least Joanna can continue to have fun and fight with the ladies of Miami if she does need to recoup lost money from the Encino house!
