'RHOC' Vicki Gunvalson moves on from Brooks Ayers with lawyer John Pankauski

Fans of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" will happy to hear that Vicki Gunvalson appears to have finally moved on from the controversial Brooks Ayers.

For the last couple of seasons, Gunvalson and Ayers have been making waves with their relationship. While Gunvalson was completely head over heels in love with Ayers, he put off most of her family members and friends, including daughter Briana, who was living at home with Gunvalson at the time.

Most fans didn't find Ayers too appealing either. For whatever reason, Ayers came off a bit strong, and many felt that he was only after Gunvalson's money, and was driving away all of those closest to her -- even her former best friend (who she's since reconciled with) Tamra Barney. Brandi Glanville, of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," even weighed in on their relationship, calling Ayers "the biggest DBAG of all time."

"He makes my skin crawl," Glanville added.

But now, fans won't have to worry about seeing much more of him (after what he's filmed for season nine airs), because according to a new report, Gunvalson is now seeing a New York City attorney named John Pankauski.

“Vicki met John when he was meeting with her production company Woo Hoo in April and she had dinner with him and brought him to a Watch What Happens Live taping,” a source close to the situation told Radar Online on April 22. “They are working together on a few business projects, but there are sparks flying between them.”

Pankauski hails from New England but moved to Palm Beach about 15 years ago. From there, he built a multi-million dollar law firm and bought a winery in Napa Valley.
