Tamra Barney has admitted she was wrong and apologized, not to Lizzie Rovsek, Shannon Beador or Vicki Gunvalson but to past co-star Alexis Bellino. As reported by All About The Real Housewives on Wednesday, August 13, Tamra admitted in her latest Bravo blog post that how she treated Alexis on season eight of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" was wrong.
In the latest episode of the show, all of the women, except for Heather Dubrow who still supports Tamra, confronted Tamra during dinner in Bali. The confrontation and ensuing arguments was so intense that Tamra actually ran away from the table.
While the experience was bad for Tamra, it has at least shed light on her past behavior for her. She wrote that during the table argument with the other women, she had flashbacks to when the housewives confronted Alexis about being fake and a show off at dinner in Costa Rica. That confrontation resulted in Alexis leaving the table and crying in her room. Tamra wrote that now she realizes how bad it must have hurt for Alexis to have so many people coming at her at once so far from home.
"I want to publicly apologize to Alexis for being any part of that night," Tamra wrote. She also acknowledged that she got what she deserved, stating that “karma is a b***h!”
Tamra did not tweet a public apology to Alexis nor has Alexis spoken out about the matter on social media. Maybe Tamra actually took the very grown-up step of picking up the phone and calling Alexis to deliver her apology?
Perhaps one day Tamra Barney will realize the role she played in her drama with Lizzie Rovsek, Shannon Beador and Vicki Gunvalson and apologize to them too? So far, there seems to be no chance of that. Tamra has continued to come after Lizzie and Shannon, just recently claiming that Lizzie is actually the mean girl of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" and that Shannon is just faking her troubled marriage storyline. As for Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra said that the fact that she allowed the other housewives to attack her at dinner in Bali "is sick."
