On Twitter, the reality star and mom shared a photo with fans, revealing she recently filmed scenes for E! Unfortunately, she didn't reveal much else.

"After an incredible reading by medium @CharMargolis for a show on E! We celebrated my late Grandmothers birthday," Dubrow wrote in the caption of the photo, according to an Aug. 19 report by Wetpaint Entertainment. "I will let you know when it's on! #missherstill #maxsidea #maxnamedafterher #doyoubelieve #ido.”

This will be the second E! show for Dubrow's husband, Dr. Terry, who currently stars on "Botched," a series which follows patients as they undergo corrective cosmetic procedures after surgeries gone wrong.

Recently, it was announced that "Botched" would go on for a second -- and possibly third -- season, which Dr. Terry spoke about during an Aug. 15 interview with Wetpaint Entertainment. The day before, he spoke to the site again, hinting he may not be returning to "The Real Housewives of Orange County."

Although Dr. Terry didn't flat out say he and Dubrow were quitting the show, he did say he didn't want to go back because of the negativity he and Dubrow experienced throughout season nine.

Thus far, Bravo has yet to make an official announcement regarding a possible 10th season of "The Real Housewives of Orange County," but there have been several rumors to have hit the web, including claims that Tamra Barney and Lizzie Rovsek have been fired. There was also a report alleging Shannon Beador would be moving on to season 10.

No word yet on the name of the show Dubrow filmed with E! will be, or when the series will premiere.
