“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Foster has been dealing with lyme disease for a couple of seasons now, and she seems to be putting up quite the fight. She has revealed that the disease has affected her brain and she recently listed her dream home in Malibu because she can’t take care of the home anymore. She has shared some of her struggles on the show, but she keeps fighting. According to a new Bravo report published on Feb. 12, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Yolanda Foster is now wondering how much longer she has to fight lyme disease.
She has even tried some controversial methods of treatment, such as electroshock therapy. "It's such a lonely disease and it's so silent," Yolanda has revealed. Lyme disease infects more than 300,000 people every year in the U.S. The disease can be left untreated for years, because people don’t know they have the disease. "I get emotional just thinking about it," she says, because they make her wonder, "how am I ever going to get out of this?" She adds, "I'm determined and I'm going to beat this thing.”
And how does she feel about moving away from her dream home? "I really am not that attached to material things," she says. "I can make any house a home." It sounds like moving could be a good treatment option for her, as she can focus on making a new home her dream home.
